Sludge and slippery ooze leaking from building

This plague spot has number of problems. Firstly there is a constant stream of water from a building which becomes slippy with green slim growth on the pavement. Due to the proximity of a stupidly situated waste recycling center people whos brains do not work right leave rubbish on the pavement at the same location. Also a taxi repair center on the opposite side of the street parks taxis partly on the pavement here. The combination of ooze, bin bags and taxis force pedestrians into the road and so the path of on-coming skip lorries that are bring more smells to the area to delight the residents.

Updates
The stream of green slime still oozes across the pavement through which you have to step gingerly as slipping and falling in it might be the worst thing in the world, but at least you would be able to sue if anyone wants to pop around and try. The bin bags have gone to be replaced by some bin bags, which makes for a change. The taxis are still on the pavement but a little further down which is obviously a lot better.
The pile of bin bags dumped there has been delt with, or eaten by rats. The Taxis parked on the pavement waiting to be repaired do seem to have deminished but the slime stream oozing across the pavement which is slippy now in Summer and will only get more interesting in winter when it freezes is still there and still oozing.
