Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later

Due to the number of foreign drunks that congregate in the park daily there is a large amount of rubbish. Even though they do put the rubbish by the bin it is soon too full and goes everywhere.

I suggest cleaning this up more than once per week or removing the offenders.
