Drunk and very loud people

We are under seige every night but particularly thurs-sat nights from drunk aggressive and extremely noisy people either leaving the academy or cutting through from upper street. We can't sleep. Please help. Also large numbers of people outside the stage door or having cigarettes outside the academy causing noise particularly at weekends.
