Mercedes with broken glass on driver seat

There is a Mercedes (registration T204 AJM)left parked across 2 spaces, with broken glass on the driver's seat. There are no broken windows on the car itself. The car is parked with the front nosed into the hedge. There are house keys left on the passenger seat. The Tax disc has not expired. It first appeared during Thursday night.
