A dip in the pavement

I am reporting this as a problem as I witnessed an elderly gentleman fall over this morning because of the uneven surface in the pavement. He was unhurt, but could have potentially hit is head on the brick wall, which is why i believe the pavement should be sorted out before anything more serious happens. The uneven pavement surface is located outside the Urdang dance school at Finsbury town hall. the uneven surface runs along the front of this building, i have attached a picture. thank you for your time :)
