Poor Road Surface

Reported in the Potholes category anonymously at 12:00, Mon 15 June 2009
Sent to Stockport Borough Council 5 minutes later

Very poor road surface on Cromley Road and the continuation on Flowery Field, Woodsmoor, Stockport.

Recent very very deep hole, possible drain collapse adjacent to Arlington Drive, has been patched over but remains very uneven. from this section north up to Woodsmoor Lane is particularly poor. I know there has been recent utility works, maybe 6 months ago, but surface is not good enough.

Another problem is the non-priority junction table at the junction of Woodsmoor lane, Moorland Road and Flowery Field, which is particularly uneven, mainly the Moorland Road Approach

the state of the junction table remains unrepaired and is very uneven now.

i did enjoy the new arrow makings on the humps up to the junction painted on around 6 weeks after i initially reported the problem... this was not the issue though council...

Three days ago I drove over the same speed bump and burst my tyre on the roughness of the edge of the slope turning from Woodsmoor Lane west to Flowery Field/Cromley Road.

Since it is now over two years since I first reported this problem who do I contact to put a claim in against the council?
