Garden bonfire

Sent to Birmingham City Council 4 minutes later
Sunday 14th June 7 Banners Gate Rd had a huge garden bonfire, with flames visable 8' high, from 1.45pm until 6.15pm. It was a gloriously sunny day with a gusting wind so the whole neighbourhood suffered. I called the police who gave me the Environment out of hours mobile number, but guess what the phone was turned off all day. What is the point of having an emergency number if it is turned off? How do we contact the council over the w/e if the problem happens again next week? I do have pics but not putting up on this site as it shows where they were taken from
