This is a right of way alley to all the backs of the houses it is full of all types of rubbish including rats , it has been reported to the council very many times and also to you. but i am afraid that nothing has been done this was logged into the council computer several times.i have seen the council cleaning van pass the alley a few times but never stops to clean up the mess.

PART HAS BEEN REMOVED. BUT SINCE THEN MORE RUBBISH HAS FOUND ITS WAY TO THIS ALLY.
