I would like to report a 'issue' with the 'gate' at the alley way that links Austin Road to Grafton Crescent, It is in-passable, I have to make 3 trips a day to the school and need to use this alley, and have to struggle to get my daughters pushchair througe it. It is just to small, there would be no way that you could get a double pushchair through or a wheel chair. The alley also smells, there is alway dog mess, in the grass, or left by the 'gate'. I have been useing the alley for 18 months and it has always been a issuse. Please can something be done
