Trees/ hedges very overgrown

The trees/ hedges along this part of Manchester Road, leading up to the bridge over the motorway, are very overgrown. It's a busy road and you're often having to step into it to either avoid getting scratched or because the path is no longer wide enough for more than 1 person.
