Because another car was going over 60mph round corner , my car, just about to take off, foot on brake ,was hit with such force bending steering rack and narrowly missing brand new one. . I dread to think if there had been a child there. There were no signs. Is it not 20mph in residential areas shouldn't the insurance be recording this with police as a call centre may make it my fault as it did when another car wrote my parked vehicle with noone in it ? Shouldn't all cars have tracking to prove .

If the Council had provided a Disabled bay as it legally should this would not have occurred .The public are having to pay for this. Why when infomation sent in 20x monitored by MP , because call centres they do not assist those that need discretion.Is the MP's PA informing him so he can intervene or is he getting a different story ? Since the advent of remits those with the discretion not applying it??

Whoever said fixed wasn't me as my Bank franchised their Insurance company CLAIMS to dishonest underwriters letting them investigate their own fraud .I took my Bank Nationwide on for their Duty Of Care - direct asistance from the Manager no longer happening nor are their Disability coordinators LA too. Why should I be held liable when parked and they recorded in middle of the road and the other person breaking the law . The Police - call centre were downright rude refusing to log. Why was protected no claims ignored there was false recording no documents sent for signing with their [ Churchill] complaints colluding . My Bank have noone addressing these issues surely they have a Duty of Care likewise RAC and all Legal Expenses which are missold. If you challenge they report you to DVLA falsly with Motor Neurone disease . This was Saga??Then you are put falsly on their DATA system?!!
