Spent all day trying to sort out DISABLED CAR TAX when did not return DLA certificate last year & DLA saying backlog of 3 weeks & may not send again so extremely worried as dependent on van with disabled scooter. Even when asked Council for help just pass on or misinterpret . Already suffered a cardiac due to similar stress Apparently supposed to get duplicates go in wait in queues pay then reapply wasting days and days . Contacted over 20 people including the organisation for REFORM they just go to call centre. Are they trying to kill me?

Why is it so difficult to sort out retaxing one's car because DISABLED. They say have not certificate which they did not return last year have to pay, get all documents again then change back because they are so incompetent deliberately delaying they have then change back . Are they going to compensate me for this unreasonable mean wastage of time.ALL DAY TODAY
What is going on used to do in 5 min flat .Why is DLA refusing to send copy of certificate when receiving Higher rate DLA yet no Motobility because had a backlog . Is this fair? Can find nobody capable of assisting all giving out information they then maladministrate . They are pretending do not have all the records. NB BBC TV WATCHDOG
Police and LA say do not address yet will destroy your car if not retaxed on time. What is going on? I've already had one cardiac through stress are they going to give another by their fascistic behaviour.
