Mess/Litter at back of properties

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

There is lots of rubbish/weed/mess in the area indicated, this includes rubbish that has been left and a lot of overgrown weeds etc. The area is not only an eye-sore, but attracts local youths and rats etc
