This is a very big dog which is fouling outside my gate everyday, making an awful mess, its owner must be watching him do it, i just cant get to catch him.

doing our best trying to catch the owner who is letting their dog foul outside our gate but is different times of the day so its very hard to catch this person.

I have not had any mess for a couple of weeks,but my neighbour who lives 4 doors up did, from a very large dog, it was everywhere as it had been tread in.
