Blocked drains

Sent to Birmingham City Council 15 hours, 39 minutes later

I live at 204 warstock road i have stench every time its rains and backflow comes all over my garden another 3 houses up my road adjoing ours have blocked drain but we the only ones with it leaking in to garden who do we report it to as no money and no insurance on property

If the property is old - prior to ist oct 1937 then it is usually severn trent's responsibility to fix it. Try giving them a ring.
