Speeding traffic

Sent to Blaenau Gwent Council 18 hours, 40 minutes later

The point highlighted on the map is "speeding hot spot" with traffic very often exceeding the speed limit on the blind bend.the road is on the school route,traffic calming measures need to be considered before someone has a nasty accident /fatality
