Abandoned bicycle

There is an abandoned bicycle that has had everything worth stealing taken from it and is now a hazard chained to the seat outside Iceland in Headington. See attached photograph taken today (Tuesday 6 June).

Or at least it hadn't been fixed two days ago, and I have little confidence that anything is going to happen.

If FixMyStreet email you and ask you for a report on the situation, it isn't (as I thought) for a survey. What you say gets put straight on here (as per above). Be warned!

Well over a month after I reported this hazard, it still wasn't dealt with.
