Shipping container left on grass verge

A shipping container appeared a few weeks ago alongside a block of houses in Wheatcroft, I thought some form of works were going to start but it looks like the resident on the end of the block has had it put there on the grass verge and is using it as storage. this is causing an eyesore and damaging the grassed verge
