Bagged dog excrement dumped in undergrowth at Eversley Road field.

The field at Eversley road, Seabrook, Kent. which is the property of the KCC, is regularly mowed, however the mower cannot reach close into the boundarys and, consequently, there is an area of "undergrowth" bodering the playing area. In the past a worker woud strim this undergrowth up to the surrounding property boundaries. This seems to have ceased. In the nettles that have grown in the south corner of the field numerous small plastic bags of dog excrement have been dumped. This is both unsightly and a significant health hazard. I request that the appropriate authority take action to clear this mess and re-institute strimming of the field borders to, hopefully, eliminate this problem. In addition, I request that a sign be placed warning of the penalties of such dumping.
Thank you

Updates
A street cleaning unit did attend and remove some of the mess. Due to some bags splitting and dropping their disgusting contents into the nettles it was not possible to effect complete removal. The problem could be best solved by the Council re-instating the strimming of the field edges, thereby removing "hidey-holes" into which the bags of dog excrement, or indeed other rubbish could be left. The land is owned by KCC, I would hope that they have an obligation to maintain it properly and will do so.
