Damage to road around man hole cover

There is damage to the concrete around the man hole at the junction of Springfield and Gatley Road. The cover moves if someone drives over it and needs assessing. Thank you.

The council responded promptly and looked into it for me. However the issue is with a cover owned by United Utilities and so the council cannot fix the problem themselves. They have reported it to UU.
