Grasscutting and leaves

I have repeatedly complained to the local council. I get loads of promises from their contractor but nothing ever happens. the leaves have not been cleaned up nor the grass cut for over 12 months. the leaves blow into my garden and kill my lawn.

Nothing has been done in this area since my last complaint. apart from the council tax going up.Leaves not removed for 3 years.

Still nothing has been done the seed pods are still on the road since last year. The leaves are still not cleared. are we being discriminated upon. Or is my council tax being used to fund councillors expenses
