Always a bunch of rubbish bags

There are always a loads of rubbish bags at the end of Warwick place. This problem has been going on more than years. Can you please send someone to collect it and wash the street.

There is a rubbish bags hill now and with beer bottles & cans everywhere. Please collect and clean the street.

There are about 20 rubbish bags left in the street. Can you please find out who did it and prosecute them? Also, collect the rubbish bags, it is so disgusting.

Collected most of rubbish bags, however, there is still some left behind and why cannot you collect them all?
