Updates
I re-visited this problem today and found that it has been repaired but the problem is re-occurring due to a 'rabbit hole' effect at the edge of the repair whereby a hole the size of the average rabbit hole is evident adjacent to the verge but that hole then disappears diagonally beneath the repaired area to a depth of approx 7 to 9 inches. As a result the repair is likely to contine to erode and collapse once.
