Dangerous Dogs

When walking on the footpath past Castle Farm near Stainland one is confronted by three very large Doberman dogs. The dogs regularly run along side the fence gnashing and barking at the passer by. Last weekend my daughter, aged 14, along with three friends and my own smaller dog, were pounced on inside the six foot fence and were scared witless by the experience. One girl in particular was almost traumatised by the experience. My question is this, surely this cannot be acceptable behaviour along side a public footpath? What if these animals were to break free from the fence? (Highly do-able by a bunch of vandals in a few seconds)I have marked the exact position on the map that this incident occurred, but it has happened on many occasions in the past at various points along some of the length of the same path. This is simply not acceptable behaviour. I welcome your response. Thanks, Nigel
