Low bridge sign required

There is a low bridge on Lifford Lane where the railway crosses it, but no sign leading off the Pershore Road to warn of this. This results in lorries coming down the narrow road and having to reverse & turn round in the car repair centre driveway. This often holds traffic up for a considerable amount of time, causing queues down past the Business Park roundabout and back to Pershore Road, creating a backlog of traffic. If there was a sign on the junction at the Pershore Road warning of the low bridge ahead, these disruptions could be avoided.
