The Royal Mail needs to be informed that Cowley Park can no longer be reached from Cowley Road

I have noticed that businesses with the postcode CB4 0WZ are associated with an "official" Royal Mail address of Cowley Road. In fact, the buildings are on a road called "Cowley Park" (a.k.a. Cambridge Business Park), which is not accessible from Cowley Road since a road junction change was made about 12 months ago. Cowley Park is now only accessible from Milton Road.
As I am concerned that the descriptive accuracy of the Royal Mail address is important for people who are trying to visit the businesses, I contacted Royal Mail (addressmaintenance@royalmail.com) about updating the official address. They told me that they could not do anything unless informed by the local council street naming & numbering department.
Please can you arrange for them to be informed so that the official address can match reality?
