Land slip

I live at 45 Maes Owen Bodelwyddan. I have a small stream running past the end of my garden, the problem is that the garden is sliding into the stream. I have already lost my fence and gate as a result of this. Is there anything that can be done please as this has now become a danger for my grand children when they visit. Maybe there is a grant or something that might help me?
