Cars blocking access to service roads

Cars continuously block access to rear of properties (off-street parking) by parking in the alley / service road adjacent to 274 lodge ave while their owners do their shopping etc...

This disrupts deliveries to businesses,refuse collection and most annoyingly prevents residents from being able to park on their own driveways.

Is it possible that a yellow box & CCTV could be installed to prevent this and / or installation of security gates.

This problem has still not been resolved. Council do not seem to even recognise it as a issue - see how they act next time there is a fire and a fire engine cant gain access!
