Bad language and shouting

Sent to Essex County Council and Basildon Borough Council 3 minutes later

Lady screaming and swearing at her children, children sound as young as 3 years old. I can't believe what I'm hearing. Have heared them in past but seened to stop probably due to a visit from council but seems to be getting back to past

You need to report this to Basildon police who will visit the offender if they are offending you. In addition if they feel the children are unsafe they will make a referal.
