Badly lifted paving slabs

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Richard Downton at 17:31, Fri 29 May 2009
Sent to West Sussex County Council 4 minutes later

On the corner of Albery House near the Shelly fountain, and next to the blue Metal cabinet attached to the side of Wilkinsons, the paving has lifted VERY badly. By at least 2-3 inches.

This is a BIG trip hazard and should at least be cordoned off.

The problem seems to be getting worse. More paving slabs have now lifted. They seem to be pushing together and therefore tenting up in the middle. There is obviously some pressure coming from somewhere. This is becoming more of a trip hazard and so far there is absolutely no warning around it.

I was going to mark this as fixed, but although this was seemingly repaired a week ago, the paving slabs are now lifting again. And many of them are also now broken.
