Dog fouling on Wincheap road

For the last 6 months i've noticed that every few days along Wincheap road there is at least one if not several new instances of dog fouling on the pavement. This is very annmoying and disgusting and i would like to see maybe some bins for dog fouling, some signs saying no fouling, and some application of dog fouling fines to reduce/eliminate this problem.

I have visited and attached dog fouling notices in the vicinity of the complaint, however we have no budget to provide any new dog bins at present. A number of litter bins are situated along Wincheap and it is acceptable for dog waste to be deposited in them.
