Rubbish around houses/footpath

The terraced houses on the south end, west side of Balfe Street have a lot of loose rubbish outside them, around the entrance ways and in the light wells. Is there someway to get the landlord to clean them up/ask tennants to clean them up? I understand these are social housing, and therefore the landlord is likely to be Homes for Islington.
