Out of date tax

A silver mercedes with the registration X953 XON has a tax disc over due by 4 months. this has been reported to the DVLA on numerous occasions but the vehicle is still there. its parked on the pavement on the south side of coopers lane and can be found there mostly evenings and weekends.

Car still has incorrect tax disc being displayed but is apparently taxed. It is still an offence to display an out of date tax disc
