Men urinating in public
Reported in the Public toilets category anonymously at 17:08, Thu 28 May 2009
Sent to Hackney Borough Council 2 minutes later
Eleanor Road is a cul de sac leading into London Fields. Men frequently use it as a public toilet - in full view of the children in the playground! Some men do so after being in the park. Others simply drive here in order to urinate, then drive off!
Such behaviour is unacceptable in any public street. But it is particularly unacceptable for men to expose themselves in full view of young children in the playground.
Please could the Council help by putting up a sign forbidding people from urinating here, and directing them to the public WC - which is only 100m into the park.
It would also help if the Council cut down the undergrowth on the nearby fence, giving offenders less cover.
Thank you.

Updates
I have not had any reply from the Council. But I will be discussing this with the Area Manager of Hackney Parks tomorrow. Perhaps he has some suggestions. (Although the area in question is not in , but just outside the park itself.)
