BT Red telephone kiosk opposite springfield drive has considerable damage to glass and frame which poses a great health and safety issue to Members of the public this is an eye sore also.

BT contacted on 0800 66 16 10, (select option 2), and informed of problem. Told that BT are aware of problem and they are in the process of removing the item, but require permission from the local council. Also told by BT that it is not a health and safey risk. BT fault reference for this problem is WN4KWD97.
This telephone box IS NOT FIXED if anything the state of the glass and frame are worse than when this problem was first reported almost 11 weeks ago.
Despite this not being the responsibility of the council, we have again contacted BT on your behalf. We have been told that the matter is in hand and someone from the Liverpool office will visit the site next week. For an update please contact 0800 661610 and quote reference WN 218348247. Thank you
