Overgrown trees

Sent to Chelmsford Borough Council less than a minute later
My house backs onto a pathway which leads round the back of the houses to the garages. The council do come about once a year and cut back the trees upto head hight. The only issue now is the trees in the pathway and also the trees that are at the bottom of the large gardens on hopping jacks lane must now be approaching 80ft high. (especially the one highlighted on the map) This is cutting out almost all if not all the light to the back of my house. I am aware it is north facing garden which isnt ideal but with these trees cutting out the rest of the light it is now even darker! The trees actually overhang into my garden so not only do I not have any light in the autum I have to deal with half a tree full of leaves covering my entire garden, even though I dont have a single tree or bush in my garden.
