Speeding farm vehicles and trucks

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Arun District Council less than a minute later

Have had my wing mirror taken off by a trailer being towed by a tractor and am tired of road hog superstore semi's careening down the Pagham road. The govt. campaigns for children to walk or ride to school, a complete joke when the Pagham Road is more like Brands Hatch. Anyone know the accident count on the Lagness bend? Also, while I'm on my soap box, am very puzzled why the road entrance to Barfoots and the caravan park on the Vinetrow road are nice and tidy while the remainder of Pagham Road is filled with potholes and sides crumbling away due to heavy vehicle usage. What is the council going to do about the Pagham Road problem? Widen the road and add a cycle lane? Lower the speed limit? Answers please.
