Dumped Bike Frame

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council less than a minute later

In a tree above the path a bike frame has been thrown into a tree from the bridge over the path. If it were to fall it could hit someone on the path. It looks fairly well caught in the branches but needs to be removed at some point in the fairly near future.
