The road through Garn Cross heading toward Blaina is a disgrace, potholes all the way through, cars constantly parked illegally causing major problems getting through the village and constant speeders using it as a rat run between Blaina and Brynmawr

i live in the pensioners bungalows in swffryd and me and my husband are disabled and have been stuck indoors since last saturday due to the snow the council havent done a thing to clear the pathes other councils look after the pensioners but not this one as far as they are concerned we dont exist i have tried to get hold of my councillor dennis hughes but to no avail all he cares about is the community centre but we see them when they want a vote then they dont give a damn i am disgusted the way they treat us i just hope they dont come to my home for a vote next time i am contacting my mp about this we cant get any shopping nobody can get to us as the rd in keir hardy is treacherous and the path leading down to the bungalows are even worse
