Grass not cut & neglected

For the 3rd time this year, the grass has been cut in the grounds of Potternewton Heights, but half of it has been left!

This problem happened last year & took 6 months to resolve. Half of the land is now knee high in weeds which is a disgrace. It should be treated as a matter of urgency

This is still unresolved. The council have not even had the courtesy to respond. Disgusting.
