Possible flytipping and improper use of residential bins

The fridges at the back of Zaks Kebabs have been there for over a month now and he seems reluctant to get rid of them. I am worried that they may end up being dumped somewhere and would ask the council to monitor the situation and force Zak to clean it up. I would also like to point out that Zak uses 2 residential wheely bins for his trade waste, as well as a large trade refuse bin, a matter that has been reported before and that the council simply choose to ignore.
