Response from Vale of White Horse DC. Quote "As the graffiti you have reported is on private property we would not remove it, we would contact the owner of the property and advise them to remove it." unquote. Most unfair considering delinquent users of the public footpath are responsible for this act of vandalism; and many others along this particular pathway and on our community centre.

The Vale of White Horse District Council representative stated they can do nothing about this sort of vandalism; even though they have an anti-social behaviour official!
