Cars on Double Yellows get IGNORED

It would seem that if your car is a BMW (or anything worth over £30k) that you are immune to the parking laws of Western Road.
Saturday afternoon saw no less than FIVE soft-topped BMWs parked outside Barneys winebar for more than 3 hours. Are the council going to tell me that NO wardens went past?
This has got to stop as it ruins everything for everyone, drivers, buses AND pedestrians.

It would seem the council are still ignoring this issue; three cars there THIS MORNING, and no reply for the council.
Another two cars there this morning, and over the other side of the road, making it a complete nightmare for the buses.
No answers from the council. I wonder why?

Cars still park outside Barneys, day and night. I even saw a Traffic Warden walk straight past THREE of them!
Traffic wardens still do NOTHING about the cars parked here. They never will, they're all a fucking joke. Fed up with it, to be honest. I'm going to wage war myself if nothing is done.
