Persistent activation of intruder alarm

The intruder alarm of the last property in Seagrave Drive, Hasland (that sides on to the Manor House Farm land) is persistently being activated. It has been set off at least half a dozen times this year and was ringing throughout the whole of the Xmas period 2008 and is most annoying.
