Garages being misused as industrial storage

Two of the garages in this block are being used as storage space for a local firm SNC. Their vans and workers are often picking up / dropping off equipment causing noise and leaving rubbish. This is innapropriate in this quiet residential area and the garages were built with the purpose of providing off-street parking for residents which is much needed in this street. The garages have been allowed to fall into disrepair.
