Grass not cut for 2 years

Sent to Caerphilly Council less than a minute later

As you enter St Andrews Drive and before you turn left into ST Davids close there is a bit of grass that has not been cut by the council for 2 years. The grass can grow to 5ft in the summer and the Council cut all the grass in the area and seem to cut around this part. I have contacted the local councillors for Pontlanfraith and they have done nothing along with Caerphilly Council. Caerphilly Council have put a bin on the land so it must belong to them. Can someone please come and cut this grass as it is an eye sore for the street.
