Lorries parked on pavement!

There is a problme with delivery vans/lorries parking on the pavement that runs along the front of St Barnabas in Rustington opposite St Peter & St Pauls Church. This area is dangerous for pedestrians as the pavement is usually blocked with parked vans delivering and collecting goods!! Sometimes we are forced to step into the busy road to get around them. The same applies to parked vehicles further up the road where vehicles are allowed to cross the pavement to park outside the shops. Quite often they reverse back onto the road without even checking to see if there is people using the pavement. Its extremely dangerous.
