notified local neighbourhood team who gave lots of helpful advice about the nature of the offence and what agencies can get involved, very impressed with prompt response, will see if agencies i now contact effect a change
i contacted local council, local councillor, county council, almo landlord who manages the estate, i have been told by the county council that they no longer paint white parking restriction lines across drives and do not renew old ones anymore as it is not a priority, i was told to refer to my local council who will have powers in july 09 to issue parking tickets locally or report it to the police, my landlord who manages the estate said they were unable to help me
