Parking On Hatched Area

On regular ocasions people are parking on the hatched area outside the entrance to warden controled housing. Thus preventing the ability of large vehicles ( fire engines, Ambulances) to turn in to sheltred housing or to the rear of the propertys on Middleton rd in the case of emegencys
