Noise from Barneys

Hi There
Since Barneys has introduced their cheap drink offer, our street is flooded most nights and every weekend with horrendously drunk people. I'm only 31 and it bothers me and makes me more concerned to go out later on an evening, so heaven only knows what it is like for older residents or those with children. Is there any way to control this?
Thanks

Updates
They seem to have taken the Freemason's crowd and stuck it in Barneys.
Which is a shame as Barneys was classy, what with it's Live Jazz... Now it's the same as EVERYWHERE ELSE.
Boo.
I received this today:
Good afternoon,
I am writing regarding your complaint recently received by this office regarding the above premises. I am the Licensing Officer investigating this case and will update you on the situation so far.
I can confirm that I have recently visited the premises together with the Police Licensing Unit to remind the management of their duty to operate with respect to the four licensing objectives and to ensure compliance with their licence conditions.
The four licensing objectives are:
- Prevention of Crime & Disorder - Prevention of Public Nuisance - Public Safety - Protection of Children from Harm
I am continuing to liaise with Sussex Police Licensing Unit and our department will be monitoring the situation in the coming weeks to ensure the conditions attached to the premise licence are adhered to. If we witness that the licence conditions are not being adhered to then our Licensing Enforcement Policy will be consulted and an appropriate course of action will be taken.
The premises have also been reminded that the Council Licensing, Noise patrol and Police Licensing teams have enforcement officers monitoring the city both day and night.
You are requested to monitor the situation over the next two weeks by completing the enclosed event diary and return to me by 3rd June 2009. If you are disturbed by noise from the premises in the evenings at the weekend, please contact the Noise Patrol service on 01273 293541, which operates between the hours of 22.00 – 03.00 hours on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Please note, that at any stage, following the grant of a premises licence, a responsible authority, such as the Police, Environmental Health, or an interested party such as a resident living in the vicinity of the premises, may ask the Licensing Authority to review the licence because of a matter arising at the premises in connection with any of the four licensing objectives.
Licensing authorities may not initiate their own reviews of premises licences. However officers of the local authority, who are specified as responsible authorities under the act, may request reviews on any matter which relates to the promotion of one or more of the licensing objectives. This avenue is usually a last resort after all other routes have been exhausted.
Should you wish to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards
